The State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan is a treasury of historical and cultural monuments and national values of the people. The staff of the museum carries out a lot of work on protection, propagation and the transfer to the next generations of world famous history of the Turkmen people, cultural, national and natural riches.
For the popularization and explanation the essence of the national heritage are carried out actions and the exhibitions devoted to various events. Visitors of a museum increase their knowledge of rich history and culture of the Turkmen people by means of acquaintance with various values.
The staff of the State museum are not limited only in popularization of the values, which are in the exposition, but organize also various thematic guest exhibitions in preschool institutions, secondary schools and institutions of higher education.
On the 5-th of December 2019 the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan has organized a guest exhibition named «Educational meaning of museum values» in secondary school №30 of Ashgabat city. At this exhibition was presented various tableware of XIX-XX centuries, footwear, carpet products, labour tools of carpet makers, different kinds of birds, which occur in our country. Specialists have told a lot of interesting to pupils.
This exhibition promotes the understanding and increase the knowledge of the pupils about the cultural values of the Turkmen people, which pass from generation to generation, its rich history, its animal world and broadening of their outlook.
