On July 9, 2025, employees of the “Fine Arts” and “Historical Research of Turkmenistan” departments of the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan organized a mobile exhibition as part of the event “The Rights of the Child in the Year of Peace and Trust” at the “Yashlyk” health and recreation center in Gokdere. Useful meetings for children are regularly held in these centers. This exhibition featured ancient clothing of the Turkmen people, carpets, household items, and several stuffed animals, birds, and reptiles found in our country. During the exhibition, children listened to interesting information about ancient women costumes. They also got acquainted with interesting facts about the biological characteristics of animals, their habitats, and their nutrition.
This exhibition will help children learn about the cultural values inherited from our ancestors and passed from generation to generation, and about the animal world of our beautiful nature, and improve their knowledge.
