On the 13th of May 2026 the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan organized an exhibition entitled «Perfect legal base» in honour of the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan.
The main state symbols of the country, our Constitution and our green flag, embody the unshakable foundations of the independence and sovereignty of our Motherland in the new historical era, symbolizing the integrity, solidarity of our people, their unwavering adherence to the ideals of peacemaking, humanism, and goodness.
The state flag is our treasure, symbolizing the greatness of our Independence and Neutrality, our glorious past, our happy era, and our great future, the indestructibility of our honor and dignity.
The festive exhibition also featured wise books by our Hero Arkadag, the Hero President, works of well-known painters, wonderful jewelry and works of art praising our sovereign state, and beautiful carpets with images created by our talented carpet weavers.
The exhibition was opened by the head of advertising and publishing division of the State Museum of the State Cultural Centre of Turkmenistan Bossan Ataeva with the words of greeting. Then the floor was given to the deputy of Majlis of Turkmenistan, member of committee on operation with representatives of institutions of local government of Majlis of Turkmenistan Chemen Rejepova, senior lecturer of the department of social sciences of the Academy of government service near the President of Turkmenistan, chairman of primary woman’s organization Gulshirin Khanova, senior staff scientist of the division of Ancient history and history of the Middle Ages of the institute of History and archaeology of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan Sahra Yusupova and head of department of book storing division of the State library of State Cultural Centre of Turkmenistan Gulayym Saparmedova.
Participants of the exhibition spoke interestingly about the significance of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan, their lofty meaning, and their sacredness, and recited poems. These speeches made a great impression on the guests and museum workers who came to the exhibition.
